The site covers roughly 80,000 m² and includes office buildings, an R&D center, supporting commercial areas, and shared outdoor grounds.

Outdoor routes collected leaves, paper scraps, cigarette butts, road dust, and seasonal salt residue before they reached the entrances.
Recurring Garage Marks, Push Strain, and Manual Outdoor Sweeping
The garage showed problems first. Black tire arcs appeared around ramp turns, and oil spots near fixed parking spaces kept returning after spot cleaning.
Once dust from the parking level tracked into the lift halls, the issue was no longer just a garage-floor problem. It was affecting the route people used to enter the building.

Outside, the property had outgrown manual sweeping. Covering the 20,000 m² outdoor route took about 8 people around 4 hours a day, and after weather or de-icing work, entrance paths could show debris again before inspections.
Winter surface control remained separate, with snow and ice handled first under the property’s own policy.

- Defined Ownership. Garage scrubbing, indoor floor recovery, and outdoor sweeping each had a dedicated machine, route, and service window.
